Fireseal prop -complete by fevereon Fireseal prop -complete by fevereon
Yay done!Yeah, this was a commission for *-coey- , and its FINALLY completed.

it weighs about 4.7 lb, but feels like more because the center of balance is waaay far away from the handle. Considering the way he wields it though, he'd prolly want the center further down the blade for more striking power, :)

mmm blunt force trauma yummmm

based on a bunch of refs (thats are all mostly different) of Sol Badguy's bigass zippo sword of smackdown, Guilty gear series

lol, weta has literally THOUSANDS of folios on file, and New Zealand has a strict hiring policy, where if a NZ citizen has the same qualifications, they'll get hired before any non citizen..

I'd pretty much have to move there, become a citizen, THEN hope that my folio is good enough for them!

But seriously, I'm nowhere near the level of most of the applicants to Weta!

thanks for the kind words though!

thin plywood and poplar around the edges. its hollow, to make the sword lighter :)

Very cool. I use poplar myself. A lot of people use MDF, haven't tried it yet but might with the next thing I do just to see how it goes.

i thought of it when I saw some large chain on sale at lowes, but seeing as i can't afford the time or money to do it, and it would sit around taking up space and doing nothing (since i have no intention to cosplay him) there's no real point in actually doing it.

So um...if you were to make another one of these, how much would it cost? Also if someone were to comission Sol's "Rock You" Headband as well?

Aww, okay. That's too bad though, depending on the cost, I might comission you.

Actually I'd probably comission somebody for the Aquila more though. ^ ^;;
