With the official launch of Jygy [link] Social networking software at the CTIA Wireless Show in Las Vegas last month, I can now post this lil guy.. one of two full sized wearable heads of their mascot, the "Jygy", that I 
..
this one you can't see in, but its designed to have interchangeable eyes so it can emote XD
the other one you can see out of the eyes, for wear at conventions
Its made out of paper mache, coated with fiberglass and fiberglass matting, sanded down to a smooth finish, and painted. The two halves connect together with velcro

This is pretty fabulous though! What's it like working with fiberglass? I've been increasingly interested here lately, seeing as how you can get a really fantastic smoothness to it.
Also, where are the vision holes? The eyes? I'm curious! =3
